 What Would Cause Inserts To Not Be Returnable?

  • Signs of inserts being worn, washed, used
  • Stains and/or odors
  • Arriving damaged. Please ship in the original white box to insure protection.
  • Items received more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return.

 Do You Offer Exchanges?

  • Yes we offer online exchanges.Any questions on size or shape reach out! We're happy to help :) We will ship the new size out to you and you will return the original item.

How Do I Return?

Click on the RETURNS button at the footer menu and follow the instructions on the page. The link is also here: honeycloudz.returnscenter.com

 
  • After you receive the approval email from us, package up the return in the original white box.
  • There are 2 options for return shipping. Option 1: We email a label that you are welcome to print and use for $3.50 (our cost) We would deduct from your total refund. Option 2: Customer is welcome to use their own shipper if they prefer. It is the customer's responsibility to use a service that has tracking if the package was to get lost in transit.

How Long Does It Take For My Return To Be Processed?

  • Once your package has been delivered to our returns department, we strive to process within 2 business days. You will be sent a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
  • Once you get the confirmation email, please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
