We gladly accept returns on new, unworn, and unwashed inserts and forms within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.
Hygiene & Safety Standards
Honey Cloudz products are hygiene-sensitive intimate items. For everyone’s safety, we can only accept returns that are unworn and unwashed.
Trying on for fit is absolutely fine — however, any visible signs of wear mean the item cannot be restocked or refunded.
Not eligible for return:

Inserts that show signs of wear, washing, or use

Visible wrinkling on the blue lining

Stains, residue, or odors
-
Heat exposure damage (e.g., dryers)

Damage caused by improper return packaging (please do not use envelopes — inserts are soft and can become bent or crushed in transit)

Items returned more than 30 days after purchase
We photograph and document all returns for quality control. These hygiene standards help ensure every pair that leaves our studio is fresh, safe, and ready for its next home.
Non-Returnable Items
Items meeting any of the above hygiene or timing conditions are not eligible for refund and will not be returned to the customer.
Exchanges
Every USA customer receives one free size or style exchange per order.
We cover outbound shipping on the replacement pair; customer is responsible for return shipping.

Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
Delivered but Not Received
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled and complete.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please:

Check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, side door, garage, etc.)

Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
-
Contact the shipping carrier directly to request GPS delivery confirmation and carrier investigation
Any delivered-but-not-received concerns must be reported to Honey Cloudz within 5 days of the marked delivery date for documentation purposes.

Reporting a delivered package does not guarantee replacement or refund

We do not replace or refund packages marked delivered unless written confirmation of carrier error is provided by the shipping carrier

Honey Cloudz reserves the right to limit or refuse service in cases of suspected misuse or abuse of our policies

Pack your inserts securely in the original box (or equivalent protective packaging)

Return shipping cost depends on whether Checkout Plus+ was added at checkout.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Orders & Returns
Returns are accepted, but return postage must be paid by the customer using a tracked shipping service.
International exchanges are not available at this time.
For international orders:

Any required duties/taxes are collected upon delivery
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 5 business days after arrival.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 2–3 business days after processing.
Return Portal Acknowledgement
By submitting a return, you confirm the item is unworn, unwashed, and free of stains/odors, and understand that hygiene-compromised items are ineligible for refund and will not be sent back.
