We gladly accept returns on new, unworn, and unwashed inserts and forms within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.
💛 Hygiene & Safety Standards
Honey Cloudz inserts are considered hygiene-sensitive intimate items. For everyone’s safety, we can only accept returns that are unworn and unwashed.
Trying on for fit is totally fine — but any visible signs of use mean the item cannot be restocked or refunded.
Not eligible for return:

Inserts that show signs of wear, washing, or use

Visible wrinkling on either side

Stains, residue, or odors

Heat exposure damage (e.g., dryers)

Damage from improper return shipping packaging, no envelopes. Inserts are soft and will get bent, crushed in transit. Ship in the original cardboard box or equivalent

Items returned more than 30 days after purchase
We photograph and document all returns for quality control. These hygiene standards ensure every pair that leaves our studio is fresh, safe, and ready for its next home. ☁️
🚫 When Inserts Are Not Returnable
Items that meet any of the above hygiene or timing conditions are not eligible for refund and cannot be sent back.
🔄 Exchanges
Every customer receives one free size or style exchange per order — we cover outbound shipping on the new pair. Return shipping for the original pair is the customer’s responsibility unless Return Guard was purchased.

Wait for your approval email.

Pack your inserts securely in the original box (or equivalent protective packaging).

Follow the instructions in your approval email — your return shipping cost depends on whether Return Guard was added.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
🌍 International Returns & Orders

Returns are accepted, but postage must be paid by the customer using a tracked service.

International exchanges are not available at this time.

For international orders, shipping label fees are paid at checkout, and any required duties/taxes are collected upon delivery.
📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
We cannot replace or refund packages lost or stolen after delivery.
