Choosing the Right Product
How do I know what style to get?
The best Honey Cloudz product depends on your body, your goals, and whether you need a bra insert or a breast form.
Here's a quick guide:
For strictly nipple coverage:
Our Oval Lites are our lightest insert in our line up and provide barely-there nipple coverage (very comparable to nipple covers just without any adhesive).
For light shaping or balancing less than ½ cup:
Choose our Classics Collection. In thickness this collection compares to the traditional thickness in swimsuit and sports bra inserts.
For medium shaping or balancing a ½–¾ cup difference:
Choose our Plus+ Collection. They're approximately twice as thick as our Classics for additional fullness, shaping and balancing.
For significant breast asymmetry (greater than ¾ cup):
Our Oval Breast Form is often the best solution. Some women also choose to wear two Oval Plus+ Bra Inserts on one side for customized balancing.
After a single or double mastectomy:
Our lightweight Teardrop Breast Form is our most popular option. It offers the fullest shape and thickness overall. Our Oval Breast Form is another excellent choice, especially for women who prefer less projection. In person comfort of one design over another can be a deciding factor.
For implants that appear flat across:
Our Oval Classics and Oval Plus+ Bra Inserts help restore upper fullness and create a more rounded silhouette.
After breast implant removal (explant surgery):
Many women love our Plus+ Collection for everyday shaping. Depending on your desired look, our Push-Ups or lightweight Breast Forms can also provide additional fullness.
For sagging breasts or extra lift:

What's the difference between the Classics and Plus+ Bra Inserts Collection?
In one word, thickness. The Classics Collection is light to medium thickness. The thickness could be compared to what comes with swimsuits and sports bras. The Plus+ Collection is double the thickness of the classics.
Which bra insert shape should I get?
Oval, Triangle, or Half Moon? Overall all 3 shapes can all be worn inside different types of clothing.
For upper breast volume loss, many women like the Half Moon shape best because it comes up higher on the breast and adds back some shape, volume there.
The Triangle shape works best for triangle shaped swimsuits, bralettes/bras because it fills in and matches that shape best.
The Oval shape can work best for bandeau tops/swimsuits. It can also work best for underwire bras because it matches the underwire shape best.
Beyond this it can be comfort in person, our individual breast tissue and desired look.
What's the difference between the Teardrop and Oval Breast Forms?
Firstly it can be individually based on comfort and look in person. With varying surgeries, scars, lymphedema and radiation sensitivities, trying on in person is the best way to know which is best for you.
The Teardrop Breast Form is taller in design so it creates a bit more shape higher on the chest than the oval does. The Teardrop is also slightly thicker in sizes XS-L than the Oval form. In sizes XL-3X the Teardrop is significantly thicker. If fullness and projection is #1 on your list, opt for the Teardrop. Both styles work great in swimsuits, sports bras and wireless styles.
The Oval Breast Form leans better in underwire bras due to its shape matching the curves best.
What's best for uneven breasts?
For breast asymmetry balancing less than ½ cup:
Choose our Classics Collection. In thickness this collection compares to the traditional thickness in swimsuit and sports bra inserts.

Which insert adds the most lift?
By far our Push-Up Collection provides our greatest lift and shaping.
What's best after breast implant removal (Explant)?
If you are looking to restore some shape and smoothing our Classics Collection can be a great option. If you need extra shaping with a thicker insert, our Plus+ Collection would be best. If you are looking for a more significant add in shape and volume, our Breast Forms might be what you are looking for.
Mastectomy & Post-Surgery Questions
Which Honey Cloudz are best after a mastectomy?
For non reconstruction flat, our Breast Forms are best. They are designed to hold shape without breast tissue. For reconstruction, there are a few options depending on your needs. Our Balancing Collection is great if you need a little to a lot of balance after reconstructive surgery. For coverage and light shaping, our Classics Collection and for coverage and extra shaping, our Plus+ Collection is your go-to.
Which Honey Cloudz are best after a lumpectomy?
Our number one shape post lumpectomy is our Triangle Classic for minimal tissue removal and slight smoothing is needed or Triangle Plus+ ideal for more moderate tissue removal and greater smoothing needs.
What's best after radiation?
Unfortunately one of the longer side effects of radiation is tissue shrinkage. Our Oval Classics can help add up to ¼ cup back with natural looking shaping. Our Oval Plus+ is the go-to when you need a good ½ cup-¾ cup restored. For more significant shrinkage the Oval Breast Form can help add a full cup+ back to the smaller breast. Another suggestion is wearing a pair of the Oval Plus+ inserts on one side. Our inserts stack nicely and can help create additional volume.
What's best if I have tissue expanders?
For the period when tissue expanders are worn, women sometimes look for additional shaping or balance. Our Oval Classic, Oval Plus, Half Moon Classic or Half Moon Plus are most popular for this specific need.
What's best after DIEP flap reconstruction?
With DIEP flap reconstruction, some women look for additional shaping or balance to add. Our Oval Classics can help add up to ¼ cup back with natural looking shaping. Our Oval Plus+ is the go-to when you need a good ½ cup-¾ cup restored. For more significant shrinkage the Oval Breast Form can help add a full cup+ back to the smaller breast. Can I wear Honey Cloudz after breast reconstruction?
Yes 100%! After reconstruction there can be many reasons. From breast asymmetry to flat top looking implants or to simply needing a little nipple coverage.
Can I wear Honey Cloudz if I had a flat closure?
Yes we offer completely filled in Breast Forms that don’t require any breast tissue at all.
I have a concave chest wall. Which breast form is best?
Traditional breast forms are harder to fit with a concave chest. Some women have found our Teardrop Breast Form shape to work for them however it has not worked well for all concave chests. We are developing a brand new breast form designed exclusively for concave chests (coming soon!). Subscribe to our email list to be the first to receive the latest updates.
Do I need breast tissue to wear Honey Cloudz?
No breast tissue is needed to wear our Breast Forms.
Will these work if I only had one breast removed?
Yes for many women with a single mastectomy they are able to wear one of our forms. The larger the remaining natural breast is, the harder it is to wear a lighter weight breast form due to the heavier breast tugging a bra down on the one side.
Wearing Honey Cloudz
Can I wear Honey Cloudz directly against my skin?
For our regular inserts (non-mastectomy) you can. The breast tissue presses against the inserts and clothing fabric and grips. For post-mastectomy breast forms, we highly recommend only wearing the breast forms inside pockets because the pockets act as a sling and help hold breast forms in place without breast tissue.
Does Honey Cloudz stick to my skin?
No, our bra inserts and breast forms don’t stick to the skin and have zero adhesive. Our patented grippy-dot exterior design faces outward to grip onto fabric.
Do I need adhesive?
No adhesives are not required to wear Honey Cloudz bra inserts or breast forms and one of the biggest reasons we are different. Nothing sticking, rubbing or sliding off.
Can Honey Cloudz be worn without a bra?
No, our bra inserts and breast forms are not “sick-on”. They need to be worn inside clothing.
Do breast forms require a pocketed bra?
Yes they do. Without breast tissue projection to help press and hold pocketed clothing.
Can I wear Honey Cloudz every day?
Yes absolutely, many women wear our bra inserts and breast forms everyday.
Can I sleep in Honey Cloudz?
If you prefer to, there is no reason you can’t.
Can I exercise in Honey Cloudz?
Yes, all of our bra inserts and breast forms are designed to be able to move and exercise while wearing. They are also sweat, salt water, and chlorine-safe.
Will Honey Cloudz slide around?
Thanks to our patented grippy-dot exterior design, most women find that our bra inserts and breast forms stay in place very well. There are a few variables that can help from a good fitting bra, sports bra or swimsuit to wearing a size that fits well to wearing our breast forms inside pocketed clothing.
Are Honey Cloudz comfortable in hot weather?
Overall yes! Like clothing, anything can begin to feel hot when you’re actively in hot weather; however you will not get the stifling hot feeling that typically comes from wearing traditional silicone bra inserts and breast forms. All Honey Cloudz are thoughtfully designed with breathable materials and are fast-drying.

Can I wear Honey Cloudz in dresses?
Yes, all Honey Cloudz bra inserts and breast forms can be worn in dresses that have pockets. They can also be worn inside a bra or pocketed bra underneath the dress. For our bra inserts, you have the ability to wear them inside fitted dresses with an underbust seam. Breast forms are recommended to be worn within pockets for extra stability.
Can I wear Honey Cloudz in shelf-bra camisoles?
Yes, all Honey Cloudz bra inserts and breast forms can be worn in shelf-bra camisoles. They can also be worn inside a bra or pocketed bra underneath the camisole. If the camisole is fitted with an elastic band shelf bra, bra inserts can go against skin. Breast forms are recommended to be worn within pockets for extra stability.
Which Honey Cloudz work best with underwire bras?
Our Oval Collection because they match the underwire shape the best for the smoothest look.
Which Honey Cloudz work best with wireless bras?
Any of our inserts or breast forms can work with wireless bras.
Water & Care
Can Honey Cloudz get wet?
Yes, all Honey Cloudz bra inserts and breast forms are versatile and designed to go through life with you, chlorine, seawater and sweat.
Can I swim with them?
Yes, our bra inserts and breast forms are excellent for swimsuits and water activities. They’re sweat, sea water, and chlorine-safe. They’re also fast-drying.
Are they chlorine safe?
Yes, all of our bra inserts and breast forms are water-safe for both seawater and chlorine.
Can I wear them inside hot tubs?
No, we don't recommend regular use in hot tubs due to the extreme heat temperatures due to the process of how our products are made. The high heat conditions can cause our inserts and forms to peel.
How do I wash them?
Bra inserts can be washed inside our Wash & Storage Care Bag or an alternate lingerie style washing bag. They can also be left inside clothing pockets as long as they are not placed in the dryer.
Can I put them in the washing machine?
Our bra inserts can safely go in washing machines. Our breast forms are best hand washed in a sink, gently dry-patted, and laid flat to dry.
Can I put them in the dryer?
No. Our bra inserts and breast forms should not be placed into the dryer. Our products are heat sealed. Adding them to the dryer will cause them to peel.
Can I trim them?
No, we don't recommend cutting our inserts or forms because they are heat sealed. Trimming them would cause the seal to break and the layers will peel apart.
How should I store them?
You can happily store your Honey Cloudz in our Wash & Storage Care Bag, another lingerie style bag, in your dresser drawer, or some women even leave inside pocketed clothing.
Sizing
How do I know what size to buy?
For women with natural or augmented breasts:
Refer to your current band size and cup. Locate the combination on our size chart here. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we suggest purchasing more than one size and trying on in person to see what fits best. Unworn products can be returned (see our return policy for more details).
For women who are post-mastectomy flat:
If you’ve had a bilateral, double, or DMX mastectomy, refer to your former bra size both band and cup with an option to shift up or down here if you prefer to go smaller or larger.
If you’ve had a single-side or unilateral mastectomy, refer to your natural breast bra size band and cup and locate the corresponding breast form size here. Keep in mind you may need to try more than one size to find the best match.

I don't know my bra size. Can you still help?
Yes, we can try our best to help. Most importantly is knowing your band size. “C” cup can mean many different actual sizes in volume. For example 34C and 44C are very different sized “C” cups. You may need to try on more than one size to determine the best insert or form size.
My breasts are different sizes. What insert size should I order?
You should order the insert size that will match the breast you’re looking to support. For example, if you are two different sizes, you may need to order two different sizes of inserts.
What if I order the wrong size?
Every USA customer receives one complimentary size or style exchange per order.

All of our breast forms and bra inserts are a hybrid blend of cloud-soft foam and our patented non-slip grippy-dot exterior design.
Full details: 82% Polyester, 18% Spandex. 100% Polyurethane Foam. Patented Non-Slip Grippy Dot Exterior 100% Medical Grade Silicone. Latex-free.
Are they lightweight?
Yes, both our bra inserts and breast forms are lightweight like cloudz :) You can view the weights of every product and size here.
Do Honey Cloudz slide around?
They’re designed to stay put! Our patented honeycomb silicone exterior grip design helps hold our bra inserts and breast forms in place by gripping against fabrics. For our breast forms specifically, they are engineered to stay-put within pockets for extra stability.
Are Honey Cloudz latex-free?
Yes! All of our products are latex-free.
Do they hold their shape?
Yes, both our bra inserts and breast forms hold their shape well.
Are they sold individually or in pairs?
Our breast forms (post-mastectomy) are sold individually in singles to help accommodate unilateral, single mastectomies.

How long do Honey Cloudz last?
This can vary depending on multiple factors. Just like bras, it’s all about how often you wash them, how you care for them, and if you have a few that you alternate out versus wearing something everyday. Everyone is different, however most women find our bra inserts and breast forms can last 6 months to a year. Eventually with time and natural wear, they will naturally lose their shape and hold as the foam breaks down over time.

What's your return policy?
We gladly accept returns on new, unworn, and unwashed inserts and forms within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.
Honey Cloudz products are hygiene-sensitive intimate items. For everyone’s safety, we can only accept returns that are unworn and unwashed.
Trying on for fit is absolutely fine—however, any visible signs of wear mean the item cannot be restocked or refunded.

Do you work with insurance?
Many insurance plans do cover breast prostheses through approved medical suppliers. We chose a different path.
By selling directly to women, we're able to offer high-quality breast forms for $29–$49 each, helping make them accessible whether someone has insurance, has a high deductible, doesn't qualify for coverage, or simply wants an affordable option without the paperwork.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
At this time we are not connected to HSA and networks.
