Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Every U.S. order includes one free size or style exchange and is covered by our 90-Day Comfort Guarantee: full refund or exchange for the first 30 days, and exchange or store credit from day 31 to 90. Worn, washed, or wrinkled is okay. Items marked final sale (40% off or more) can't be returned or exchanged. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

International orders: outside the U.S., we ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and duties and import taxes are collected at checkout so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. International orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit (worn, washed, or wrinkled is okay). The customer pays return shipping and must prepay all duties, taxes, and fees on the return package; packages arriving with charges due are refused. Original shipping, duties, and import taxes are not refunded. International exchanges aren't available.
