We want you to love your Honey Cloudz. If not, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase (website orders only). Our return policy helps protect all customers and maintain the highest product quality.

When Are Inserts Not Returnable? 🚫


  • Inserts that show signs of being worn, washed, or used (just trying on is fine).

  • Visible wrinkling on either side.

  • Stains or odors.

  • Damaged from shipping (please return in original box or equivalent).

  • Items returned more than 30 days after purchase.

⚠️ Damaged returns (stained, wrinkled, worn) cannot be refunded or sent back. Photos are taken to document condition.

Exchanges 🔄


  • One free style or size exchange per order (we cover outbound shipping).

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless Return Guard was purchased.

  • ✅ One free exchange (both ways covered).

  • ✅ Free return shipping if you prefer a refund.

  • ❌ Does not cover lost or stolen packages.

How to Start a Return 📦

USA Returns

  • Wait for your approval email.
  • Pack your inserts securely in the original box or equivalent.
  • Shipping/refund rules depend on whether Return Guard was purchased (see above).
  • Return shipping label costs are always covered by the customer.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Returns 🌍


  • Accepted, but return postage must be paid by the customer.

  • Please use a tracked service.

  • At this time, international exchanges are not available.

International Orders 🌍


  • The shipping label fee is paid at time of order. Any required duties/taxes are paid by the customer at delivery. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 📬


  • Orders marked delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

  • We cannot replace or refund lost/stolen packages after delivery.

  • Please:


    Choose a secure delivery location.


    Check with neighbors or building staff.


    If stolen, file a local police report and USPS theft investigation.



  • We’ll provide supporting info for your case if needed.

Processing Time ⏱️


  • Returns are processed within 3 business days after arrival.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

  • Refunds take 2–3 business days to appear on your original payment method.
