We want you to love your new Honey Cloudz items, and gladly accept returns for unworn pads purchased on honeycloudz.com within 30 days of the order delivery date

What Is The Return Policy For Online Purchases?

  • Returns are accepted if they meet our return policy requirements. These requirements are set in place to protect all customers, to prevent the return of personally damaged or used garments, and to ensure the high quality of our products.
  • Inserts must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free of stains and odors.  Please do not send inserts back if they do not comply with these requirements, as we are unable to issue a credit or refund, and are not responsible for sending the item back to you.
  • The return must include the mesh bag that was included with your original purchase
  • Items can be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

What Would Cause Inserts To Not Be Returnable?

  • Signs of inserts being worn, washed, used
  • Stains and/or odors
  • No mesh bag
  • Arriving to returns damaged. Please ship in the original white box to insure protection
  • Items received more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return.

Do You Offer Exchanges?

  • We currently do not facilitate online exchanges. The best way to get a replacement quickly is to order the correct inserts online and send the original back for a refund 

How Do I Return Something?

  • Click on the return request and follow the instructions on the page to find out if you qualify for a return. If you qualify, you will receive email confirmation with return instructions
  • If you received the Return Authorization email from us, package up the return in the original white box with the Return Authorization email printed and placed inside using any type of postage/package you like. Please also include the original packing slip with your return.
  • Return with the original packaging with the product
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • It is your responsibility to use a service that has tracking if the package was to get lost in transit.

How Long Does It Take For My Return To Be Processed?

  • Once your package has been delivered to our returns department, please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed. You will be sent a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
  • Once you get the confirmation email, please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement
