Recommended For: All Bras, Bralettes, Sports Bras, Activewear, Swimsuits (especially Triangle Bikini and Halter styles, Shelf Bra Camisoles and Dresses. These inserts are not stick-on and need to be worn inside clothing pockets, with a shelf style bra or inside very fitted clothing.

Washing Instructions: Machine wash warm/cold in a delicates bag only or hand wash. Use gentle detergent, no bleach, do not iron or dry clean. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not put inserts in the dryer.
