Refund policy
We want you to love your new Honey Cloudz, and gladly accept returns for inserts or breast forms purchased on our website within 30 days. Returns are accepted if they meet our return policy requirements. These requirements are set in place to protect all customers, to prevent the return of personally damaged or used inserts, and to ensure the high quality of our products.
Inserts or breast forms must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free of stains and odors. You are welcome to try on the inserts, though, they can not appear worn. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
What Would Cause Inserts To Not Be Returnable?
- Signs of inserts or breast forms being worn, washed, used
- Stains and/or odors
- Arriving to returns damaged. Please ship in a box to insure protection. Do not ship in a bag only.
- Items received more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return.

How Do I Return?
Visit our Returns Center. Follow the instructions on the page. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
After you receive the approval email from us, package up the return in a box. Please include the packing slip with your return if possible. We will include a return label with the return approval. You are welcome to use for $6.95 deduction from your return total or you are free to ship on your own if you prefer. We suggest USPS Ground Advantage, it is the least expensive method with tracking. What Is Checkout Plus+ Protection?
Checkout+ Protection is an optional checkout add-on that gives you extra peace of mind. It reduces return and exchange shipping to just $1.98, making it quicker and more affordable if you need a different size, style, or want to make a return.
How Long Does It Take For My Return To Be Processed?
Once your package has been delivered to our returns department, we strive to process within 2 business days. You will be sent a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Once you get the confirmation email, please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Promotional Returns
When items are purchased as part of a promotion (such as Buy 2, Get 1 Free), the promotion is only valid if all items are kept. If part of the bundle is returned, the promotion is no longer valid and the refund will be adjusted to reflect the full retail value of the items kept.
To receive a full refund, all promotional items must be returned together.

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union (EU), you have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, for any reason and without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your request through here or contact us at support@honeycloudz.com before the 14-day period expires.
Returning Your Order
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return your item(s) within 14 days.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items should be:
* Unworn, unused, and unwashed
* Free of stains and odors
* Returned in their original condition
* Properly packaged to prevent damage during transit
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your convenience, you may use the prepaid return label available through our Returns Center, or you may ship the return using your preferred carrier. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Honey Cloudz is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Where permitted by law, Honey Cloudz may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until proof of shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.
Diminished Value
You are welcome to inspect your Honey Cloudz products as you would in a retail store. However, if the items are handled beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, or fit, you may be responsible for any resulting loss in value.
