Refund policy

We want you to love your new Honey Cloudz, and gladly accept returns for inserts purchased on our website within 30 days. Returns are accepted if they meet our return policy requirements. These requirements are set in place to protect all customers, to prevent the return of personally damaged or used inserts, and to ensure the high quality of our products.
Inserts must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free of stains and odors. You are welcome to try on the inserts, though, they can not appear worn. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

What Would Cause Inserts To Not Be Returnable?
Signs of inserts being worn, washed, used
Stains and/or odors
Arriving to returns damaged. Please ship in a box to insure protection. Do not ship in a bag only.
Items received more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return.

Do You Offer Exchanges?
Yes we offer one free size exchange for the US, visit our returns center or email us at support@honeycloudz.com

How Do I Return? 
Click on the RETURNS CENTER button at the bottom footer of our main page. Follow the instructions on the page. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. 
After you receive the approval email from us, package up the return in a box. Please include the packing slip with your return if possible. We will include a return label with the return approval. You are welcome to use for $5.95 deduction from your return total or you are free to ship on your own if you prefer. We suggest USPS Ground Advantage, it is the least expensive method with tracking.  It is your responsibility to use a service that has tracking if the package was to get lost in transit. How Long Does It Take For My Return To Be Processed?
Once your package has been delivered to our returns department, we strive to process within 2 business days. You will be sent a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Once you get the confirmation email, please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Promotional Returns
When items are purchased as part of a promotion (such as Buy 2, Get 1 Free), the promotion is only valid if all items are kept. If part of the bundle is returned, the promotion is no longer valid and the refund will be adjusted to reflect the full retail value of the items kept.

To receive a full refund, all promotional items must be returned together.
